Platform

More than a receptionist. One platform, three places your name shows up.

Your team brands it and bills it. Your customers run it inside the NetSapiens portal they already use. Their callers hear a voice AI agent that books, texts and transfers.

Your team

Your partner portal.

Your team brands it, prices it and bills from it.

Inside Halyard Telecom’s partner portal, the usage records for September 2026: 12 customers, each with its status, calls and AI minutes, and what Halyard Telecom bills for them. Beside it, the plugin configuration: the agent named Greer, the brand color #0E6E8C and the activation headline “Never miss a call. Never miss a customer”. 5,826 minutes in all, billed at $0.45 a minute.

  • Your brand

Your logo and two colors; the platform builds the full palette. Branded emails go out from your own mail server. We set up your portal domain.

  • Your agent

Its name, its voice and the activation copy, set once in your partner portal.

  • Your price

Your rate card. The recommended price is $99 a month plus $0.35 to $0.55 a minute, and you set your own.

  • Your plans

Package it your way: a flat plan, included minutes or per minute.

  • Usage per customer

Every customer’s minutes and texts at your rates, each month. Export the CSV and invoice on your own terms.

  • Onboard for them

Set a customer up from your partner portal and skip the activation screen. Sign in as any customer to see what they see.

Your customers

Your customers’ portal.

Inside the NetSapiens portal they already use, under the name you chose.

Inside Halyard Telecom’s portal, the nav item Greer opens the plugin. A new call lands in the inbox with its recording, Greer’s summary and the transfer to Marisol Ortega. The same caller then texts, and Greer answers in the same thread. Beside it, What Greer did for you: 282 of the 412 calls handled end to end.

  • One nav item

Named by you, opened with the portal login they already have. The office manager deploys it in three clicks; staff work the inbox.

  • It sells itself

Every customer that hasn’t switched it on sees its own missed calls from the last 30 days, beside your offer at your price.

  • The inbox

Recording, transcript and summary for every call. The ones worth a look land in a review queue.

  • Insights

Calls handled end to end, why calls failed, what callers wanted, the busiest times, and the cost at your price.

  • Safe changes

Every change is a draft until it’s published. Revert in one click; the last 10 versions are kept.

  • The test panel

Voice, typed chat or SMS preview, before callers hear a change. It shows each action as it happens.

Their callers

On the phone.

Under the name and voice you chose. Our name is nowhere in the call.

Greer’s scenario builder, “Book a visit”: ask when they would like to come in, and if it is in office hours, check availability and book appointment, with a branch for when the tool call fails. Beside it, the test panel runs the same booking as a text chat with the tool calls shown between the messages. The same agent answers on calls and on texts.

  • 25+ languages

It hears the caller’s language and answers in it. Nothing to set up.

    • English (US)
    • English (UK)
    • Spanish (Latin America)
    • Spanish (Spain)
    • Portuguese (Brazil)
    • Portuguese (Portugal)
    • French
    • German
    • Italian
    • Japanese

    And many more.

  • Booked while they hold

Open times from the business’s Cal.com calendar, booked on the call, confirmed by text through your own Bandwidth account.

  • Warm transfer

It transfers to users, queues, auto attendants or voicemail through your PBX. A warm transfer briefs the person first; if they decline, the caller comes back.

  • Scenarios

Step-by-step playbooks, with Say, Ask, If and Tool steps, inside a natural conversation. Import and export them.

  • Alerts

A message-taken alert reaches staff by email, or by SMS through your Bandwidth account, while the caller is still on the line. Keyword and sentiment alerts follow the call.

  • Call quality

More than a million calls processed. If a voice or speech provider fails mid-call, a backup takes over. Background voice cancellation and Spam Shield.

Smart Konnect

Connects to the tools your customers already use.

Smart Konnect is the integration marketplace in your customers’ portal. They connect the tools they already run. The name on it is yours.

Halyard Telecom’s customers see the integrations page: 26 tools Greer can use, from HubSpot and Salesforce to ServiceTitan and Cal.com, with a category filter and a search. The Request an integration form is open beside it, filled in with a made-up request for Housecall Pro.

  • Their tools, connected by them

An office manager connects the calendar or the CRM from the marketplace, then switches each tool on per agent.

  • Your name on the marketplace

It opens as Smart Konnect inside your branded portal. Ours is nowhere on it.

  • Thousands more

Zapier, Make, n8n and Composio reach the rest. Technical customers add their own tools over MCP.

One call, six steps

From the ring to your invoice.

One after-hours call, end to end. Larkhaven Family Dentistry gets its agent from Halyard Telecom, a NetSapiens service provider. Halyard’s name is on every step.

  1. 1 A new patient calls after hours

Thursday, 7:12 PM. Larkhaven Family Dentistry closed at five. Nina Albright has a cracked molar and calls the practice. Its after-hours answering rule sends the call to Greer, extension 40000.

  2. 2 Greer answers, under Halyard Telecom’s name

Greer is Halyard Telecom’s agent. Halyard named it, chose its voice and set its price. Nina hears Larkhaven’s greeting in Greer’s voice. Our name is nowhere in the call.

  3. 3 It books Friday 9:30 AM in the practice’s calendar

While Nina is on the line, Greer checks Larkhaven’s Cal.com calendar, offers Friday at 9:30 AM or 1:15 PM, and books the 9:30 exam and cleaning with Dr. Kessler.

  4. 4 It texts a confirmation

Before the call ends, Nina has the appointment in a text from the practice’s number, sent through Halyard Telecom’s own Bandwidth messaging account.

  5. 5 Next morning, the call is in the office’s inbox

Dana at the front desk opens Halyard Telecom’s portal and finds Greer’s summary, the recording and the transcript, with the appointment already booked. Nothing to call back.

  6. 6 At month end, the minutes are in Halyard’s usage, at Halyard’s price

Three minutes on Halyard’s usage report, at the $0.45 a minute Halyard chose. Halyard exports the CSV and invoices. In your case it is your portal, your price, your invoice.

For your technical team

What it touches, and what it doesn’t.

Your team will test it before anyone signs. We set up your free trial after a quick call and walk your engineers through it.

One script line in your portal

One script line adds a nav item. Customers sign in with their portal login; office managers and basic users map to admins and members. Nothing to host or patch.

Its own extension, in three clicks

Deploy creates a NetSapiens user for each agent, from extension 40000, sets an answering rule that points to it, and assigns a number from the domain’s own inventory.

What it leaves alone

Business hours, IVR menus and voicemail stay in your PBX. Calls reach the agent only when an answering rule you can see sends them there.

Real PBX routing

It transfers to users, call queues, auto attendants or voicemail from the customer’s directory. Warm transfers brief the person first, over the warm-transfer trunk we set up for each partner.

Change it safely

Changes stay drafts until you publish. The test panel runs it by voice, typed chat or text and shows each action live. The last 10 versions revert in one click.
