This policy applies to all customers and users. The customer who holds the account with Voxtell AI is responsible for ensuring all users under the same account understand and agree to this policy.

This policy does not apply to information provided to non-Voxtell AI companies. Voxtell AI has no responsibility for protecting any information disclosed to non-Voxtell AI entities. Terms used in this policy include:

Customer: Any individual or entity that purchases Voxtell AI products or services.

User: Any individual who visits our websites or uses our services.

Personal Information: Information that can identify a person, such as name, address, email, or phone number.

Anonymous Information: Information that cannot reasonably identify an individual.

Aggregate Information: Grouped information that does not identify individual users.

3. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

We use cookies and similar technologies to show you relevant ads. You can opt out of interest-based ads, though general ads may still appear. We partner with third-party advertisers who may use cookies to serve non-personally identifiable ads.

• Non-Voxtell AI services or websites

Contractual agreements may supersede this policy when conflicts exist.

8. Marketing Policies

You may limit Voxtell AI's marketing communications. We comply with federal/state "Do Not Call" laws. CPNI opt-outs do not eliminate all marketing unless you also opt out through our systems.

9. Online Advertising

We attempt to block spam and phishing attempts. To report abuse from a Voxtell AI domain, contact founders@voxtell.ai.

10. Account Security

Choose strong passwords. Keep login details private and avoid sharing your account credentials.

11. Policy Changes

This policy may change during mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy. Material updates will be posted prominently at least 30 days before they take effect.

Voxtell AI processes personal data only for relevant and lawful purposes, including:

• Indirect user contact data
• CPNI under customer agreement terms
• Device identifiers and analytics
• Mobile app permissions for contact integration
• Gravatar hashes (MD5, not plain email addresses)
• Voicemail, video, SMS, and call metadata for AI enhancement
• Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
